GFM International manage projects on behalf of its customers, major equipment suppliers as a standalone project management or work as part of a team to ensure a smooth trouble free integration.

Certain projects we have under taken involve machinery exchange on existing lines, this makes the timing and completion of the project critical as the down time is usually a greater expense to the customer.

One major factor in the successful implementation of any project is having the whole team on board and bought in to the project, people whose daily work will be impacted upon will always have some very valid insight into what should and does happen, it is this reason GFM International hold regular meetings to explain to all involved the project details and benefits, this allows expectations to be managed and gives everyone the opportunity to raise valid points prior to the project start.
